UpKiosk (€150/month) is the complete package: hardware (touchscreen kiosk, payment terminal, receipt printer), software, installation and 5-year warranty. The standalone kiosk license (€90/month) is software only, for operators who run their own hardware or who continue after the UpKiosk lease. A second kiosk license costs €60 per month.

Your own ordering site on your domain, directly connected to your POS, plus QR table ordering included. No commission to a marketplace. If you only want QR ordering without the online ordering site, that's €49 per month.

Yes. If you take the online-ordering subscription (€100/month), QR table ordering is fully included at no extra cost. If you only want QR ordering, that's a separate plan at €49 per month.

Online ordering, QR ordering and the standalone kiosk license have no fixed term — you can cancel any month. The UpKiosk subscription has a 6-month minimum. After that, monthly cancellation applies. On cancellation you return the hardware, with no penalty.

No. The monthly fee covers everything. No setup fee, no support hours, no update invoices, no per-order commission. Payment processing runs through your own PSP contract, so that's separate.

Yes. Many operators run UpKiosk at the counter and online ordering for takeaway. Both subscriptions remain separate, but share the same POS integration and the same menu source.
